Gil is recovering at home at the moment.
It's expected he'll make a full recovery, but no one really knows how long it'll take...how long does it take broken ribs to mend?
(As a side note, this is the first time in 3 years that he'll have 'called in sick'.)

Sounds like he deserves a break from work. Too bad it was like this.
