Can you guys PLEASE keep it down!?!
I was awoken abruptly the other night by the sound of AC/DC's 'Dirty Deeds' played at VERY FULL VOLUME.
I was extremely annoyed, to say the least.
Then I remembered the dream I just had; it involving a band competition...and the winner for loudest band?
Yeah.
AC/DC.
I woke myself out of a sound slumber because I have no volume control in my dreams.
Don't ya'll just wish you were me?

AC/DC... I remember them. As I recall, they didn't really go for volume control. :)
I wonder what your subconscious is trying to tell you...possibly it's pointing out that an alarm clock is unnecessary.
Oh thank God! I thought I was the only one this happened to. LOL
haha..thats crazy man..i've never had noises in my dreams wake me up i don't think.
Hee,I love that!
I do that kind of thing in dreams all the time. Hope they finally turned it down and you got back to sleep.
I had a dream the other night that I was pregnant and woke up in a full blown panic attack! I couldn't breathe at all.
I don't know what your dream was telling you but mine was saying, "Keep that thing away from me unless it's well covered!" LOL!!
C'mon now, we all know that if AC/DC is on you can't listen to it quietly! It is against some sort of law, isn't it!
That would be interesting, if I ever could recall my dreams. :)
I wish I could dream like that. I'd sleep right through the alarm. Have you tried twisting your ears to change stations?
Well, at least it weas "Dirty Deeds" and not one their other songs, like "Big Balls." I can only imagine what you would have dreamed up if THAt came on ... yikes!

If you practice, you can adjust the volume in (and other apsects of) your dreams. It takes time, but it makes dreaming a lot more like a lucid version of those old "Choose Your Own Adventure" books.
