Jerks!

I woke up the other morning only to see that my neighbours white van had been vandalized.

No one broke into it or flattened the tires, nope; not these bastards.

Instead, they spray painted all over this man's vehicle.

So now he's going to have to spend several hundred dollars of his own money to have his vehicle repainted!

What the hell was the point of that!?!

It's not even my vehicle (though I've had my fair share of thefts and break-ins and other problems) but I'm so frustrated with this kind of asinine/destructive behaviour.

(Perhaps it's possible that it was an April Fool's joke played on him by friends and it'll actually just wash off? I don't know, but I doubt it.)

Bah!

Strange that you should post this the same day I see a small, white house for sale in town spraypainted with red swastikas and defamatory comments about a real estate agency out here. NOT NICE. I thought I lived in a quaint and gentle place...

He could always ignore the paint and leave it, especially if it's something classy like "No Fat Chix."

Even more galling is that when they catch the bastards, if they do, there won't be any penalty. The bleeding hearts will blame it all on their dysfunctional homes or other bits of bullshit that will preclude any demands for accountablility

I hate people like that, just hate them. People who are mean for just no good reason at all.

I have to agree with Ian on this occasion. Plus, when they do call 'em to account, let's hope they don't mix up the dna and walk away whistling .....;-)
Civil servants, do we really need them ? You know when I take the law into my own hands I tend to have a great time! x

That, to me, is worse than keying it. Good grief!

People can be real jerks. We got some of our very own hoodlums in our neighborhood....guess there's no getting away from them.

Come away, O human child!
to the waters and the wild
with a faery, hand in hand,
for the world’s more full of weeping
than you can understand… – - – W. B. Yeats
I’ve lived to bury my desires,
And see my dreams corrode with rust;
Now all that’s left are fruitless fires
That burn my empty heart to dust. – - – -Aleksandr Pushkin
“I do indeed know what morbid compulsion feels like. Fungus, erosion, disease. The taste of flannel in your mouth. The smell of asbestos in your brain. A rock. A sinking heart, silence, taut limbs, a festering invasion from within, seeping subversion, and a dull pressure on the brow, and in the back regions of the skull. It starts like a fleeting whim, an airy, frivolous notion, but it doesn’t go; it stays; it sticks. . .It foreshadows no joy—and takes charge, and you might just as well hang your head and drop your eyes and give right in. You might just as well surrender at the start and steal that money, strike that match, (masturbate), eat that whole quart of ice cream, grovel, dial that number, or search that forbidden drawer or closet once again to handle the things you’re not supposed to know are there. You might just as well go right off in whatever direction your madness lies and do that unwise, unpleasant, immoral thing you don’t want to that you know beforehand will leave you dejected and demoralized afterward.” – Joseph Heller, Something Happened
