Monty Python was huge while I was in high school but I never really got into it.
They are geniuses. Pure and simple. When I took my nephew to see Spamalot, he was So Amazed at 1. how long they've been around (no, Hank Azaria isn't the guy from the movie) and 2. that Nearly Headless Nick IS one of the guys from the movie. Anyone who can capture multiple generations like that is brilliant. Of course, that and a buck fifty...
I'll motion that! Get hold of some Ripping Yarns.
