"Holorimic phrases".
For example:
"A girl with colitis goes by." to the tune of "A girl with kaleidoscope eyes."
But which is term is correct...mondegreens or holorimic phrases?
I suspect they both are, but why oh why is the English language so awkward?
I mean, why do we spell fulfilled but full?
Why phantom but fish?
Or laugh and calf?
OH! I'll never get the hang of this!

It's definately a lie in the fall. The other's mis-heard the lyrics. Now what is this all about?
