The question remains.

Why?

Why did I spend several hundred dollars not 5 months ago on a new master/slave cylinder thingy only to have the master thingy start leaking, rendering me car less for 3 days?

Well, I suppose I shouldn't REALLY complain, after all I've managed to avoid paying $1.20/litre for gas for those 3 days.

Also, the car shop IS fixing it for free as it was still well within the warranty.

But the question remains.
WHY!!??!!

Hey Tai.

Sorry to hear about your car...Cars can be a pain sometimes...

My pal just showed me this link and I thought you might enjoy it...(His De Niro's a little weak, but the rest is quite good, I thought)...

Have a great weekend, Tai!

Your Pal,

Zambo.

Hi Tai! Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Sorry about your car. It sounds like you got a refurbished or pirate part. They don't always have the best quality.

Also sorry about the gas prices, you see I sort of work in the petroleum industry (Hey! Stop throwing shit!). Actually the main reason your gas prices are going up is simple supply and demand. The Chinese industrial market is exploding causing an extremely high demand (I know your still pissed and still throwing shit at me)...:)

Miss your Honda yet? Maybe you can "trade down" while yours is still so popular with the dirfter crowd?

See? You made a positive out of a negative. You saved all that money in gas.

Now come to New York and buy me a few martinis! Getchya' mind off the car.

I hate anything to do with faulty cars. I'm not much of an engineer and can never explain what is wrong with my vehicle.

And don't even get me started on gas prices! They hit $3.00 a gallon here this weekend :(

Still running at a mere $1.19 here on your home turf. So cheap that I am tempted to go out and buy a Hummer.

**sigh** Cars...you can't live with 'em; can't live without 'em.

Sorry about your auto troubles. Just keep in mind what you said about the expense of fuel you were spared. I paid nearly $3/gallon this week. Yikes.

Ouch, that sucks. I was in Vancouver last August on vacation and I was so jealous because the gas signs all said $1.15 for gas. I said "OMG! Canadians have it so good! $1.15 a gallon for gas. I'm moving here!" Then someone told me it was $1.15 per litre. OOPS, call me silly. I guess gas prices suck everywhere.
