It's a 'chair and a half', and it's snuggle level is an 11 on a scale of 1-5.
I may never leave it.
The depth! The breadth! The sheer cushiness!
If I had but one wish, it would be that everyone had a chair this cozy along with all the books they could read to sustain them for all their days.
That and room (chair?) service.

Perfect except I have one other requirement and that is a footstool!
I want a chair like that!
I don't even like chairs. I sit in them for work only. Otherwise I prefer to lay down - in bed or on the floor.
Yes I want a chair like that too - it looks ever so comfy - we may never see you again... :)
So....does your chair have a brother?
awesome reading chair. We got a sofa that's a day bed so it's uber comfy and I can hang out on it all day with a book. Which actually is what io did yesterday.
Or a sister?
I have a chair that I love to sit and read in too. Now, if my favorite authors would release their books a little more quickly, I would be a happy girl!
It goes to 11 !!!
I love that chair.
Oooooooh I have a chair like that on my wish list!
It looks perfect. May you enjoy many happy hours in her;)
What? Chairs can be girls;p
That's funny becuase just last night I saw a commercial where two guys awkwardly try to fit into a supposedly mythological "chair-and-a-half"
Chair and a half! I have ALWAYS wanted one! (I'm a little green over here) My leather chair comes close, but not quite there -- it's only a 8.5 on the snuggle scale.
Yours is wonderful!
Tai,
I have a new blog of pure whimsy. I call it IN MY HEAD and its at

As another proud owner of a chair and a half, listen to this woman, people! These are the greatest piece of furniture EVAH!
You've traded inthe grat big comfy couch for a comfy chair. I agree, it is much more portable.
I bet you don't need a footstool, Tai. I bet you just tuck your legs up under yourself when you read on that. Short people can do that.
I plan on visiting that store you got it from again...probably to my budget's detriment. First, I get a marvellous chair there, and then you.
